Manhattan is our most developed coffee, roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body. Manhattan does double-duty as a filter or espresso offering and is our coffee of choice with added milk. 

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally—dark roasts deserve fresh coffee too!—but it always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.

    Great French Presser

    I make a pot of it daily in my French press. It’s strong but smooth and balanced and no milk or cream needed. Later in the day I drink it cold and it’s just as good.
