This is my first time trying Flatiron, one of Partner's roasts that works well with espresso, my preferred brewing method. While they say the flavor has chocolate and praline notes, I taste more "high-pitched" and brighter flavors that are more fruity. Regardless, it is as easy to dial in as others say and I pulled nearly perfect shots immediately. It works well with my usual oat milk too.

After years of thinking Startbuck's = what coffee tastes like, I am SO enjoying the soft-but-deep flavors of Partners coffees. My wife laughs at me because more than once, as we're getting ready for bed, I've commented about how much I'm looking forward to morning coffee. Game-changer!
My only gripe is crazy-SLOW delivery. So spoiled by Amazon Prime.
