El Ramo is a sourcing project that showcases the incredible quality and versatility of Colombian coffees. Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, it is composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain a stable flavor profile all year round. 

We work closely with our friends at Pergamino in the development of El Ramo, including lots from their own farms in Santa Bárbara and lots from their smallholder producer partners in the communities of Caicedo and Urrao.

    Big fan of this flavor. Highly recommended for light roast drinkers who like fruitier flavors. Tastes exactly like the flavor notes of peaches and cream!

    Special beans for me!

    El Ramo was the first ever beans that I brewed as pour over that let me understand the concept of taste profiles in beans! It has this amazing after taste, where things feel nutty and comforting. I do think that other beans like Elevate may be better suited for espresso shots (and Americano) given the fuller/medium body, but El Ramo never disappoints and has such a special place in my coffee journey. I occasionally mix it into my espresso rotation to enjoy the light fruity notes! Thank you, Partners/Toby's, for keeping this one in the offering for so long :)
